My life changed from my near death experience. I was informed by doctors that I was gone for about ten minutes. I had been infected with Sepsis and then it went into Septic Shock Syndrom. I didn't lose any appendages, or have any lasting effects. Yet, I am in a wheelchair, due to a left hip athletic injury. Which surgery will resolve this year. I do walk with a walker now for short distances. After surgery I anticipate walking totally. This year I survived small stage one breast cancer. Didn't alter or lose the left breast. Just a couple inch incision and the lesion was removed. I have survived a congenital heart condition. Where my heart raced for periods of time. Surgery up through the veins resolved that without any scars. I do take several prescription medications to maintain a few of medical conditions I inherited. Through modern medicine I have succeded. On the outside I look quite normal and healthy. I am told that I am attractive, beautiful, classy, pretty. I appreciate those people's complements. But I am a down to earth lady who is comfortable in jeans and a nice shirt. I am on Social Security Disability but turn sixty two this month and I can claim Social Security Retirement anyway. Yes, through taking advantage of all the benefits available. I live comfortably and very secure. I pay my bills every month on time and in full. I have next to no debt at all. For I am a retired taxation accountant. My home is a cabin in the woods north of Excelsior Springs, Missouri. For the beauty, peace, and privacy it gives me. But as well the accessibility to all of Kansas City within miles. My home and life are well planned out. I am known to be consistent as well as organized. Yet surprisingly to all I have a quick wit of a humour that takes them by surprise. I enjoy my life as I live alone with a small dog. Although, it would be nice to have a man in my life. Periodically to visit and go out with. Who has his life in order as well.
