Looking for a Best Friend and Maybe More I recently had knee surgery which left me walking with a cane. I'm looking for someone to be a good friend and maybe more. I'm divorced by many years with no children and retired looking for friendship and perhaps love. Most people just a book by it's cover instead of looking at what the pages say. I'm a super nice person who would be a loyal friend. I grew up in Michigan and have 5 brothers and sisters so family is very important. My hometown is Alpena and some of my family still live there. I enjoy traveling around the state and would like to have that special someone to share it with. I do live alone except for my 4 cats so I would like my someone to enjoy animals. I enjoy a cold beer when it's hot and a nice glass of wine. I am not looking for someone to "take care of me" but rather someone to share my life with and explore what could be more.
