Hi there. My name is Barbara and I live in Hartford County, Ct. I am looking for a male 57-? to share the joys and sorrows of living with disabilities. I have a multitude. It seems like one thing leads to another. I have Fibromyalgia, Disc Disease (my primary said I shrunk to 5'4" but I don't believe it. Sometimes when I'm carrying a load of wash, I bump into walls because I think I'm still 5'9") I have COPD, arthritis, spinal stenosis and nerve destruction from compartment syndrome operation. God must want to live for a reason because usually when you have a pulmonary embolism, you drop right then and there. I am an avid craftswomen and have been knitting and crocheting since I was 11. I do drive and volunteer and am an extremely kind and understanding woman. My hair used to be blonde and then I decided to just let it be and now it's a very interesting shade of white. I have big brown eyes and am intelligent. I would love to write to someone who lives anywhere because friendship is important to me. I have one boy who lives in New York and is 37 and he is an angel. I am so lucky to have him. However, sometimes loneliness overwhelms me and it is so hard to bear. If you feel the same way, please write to me and I will answer as I believe that everyone has a place in his heart to have friends and be cared about no matter what the problem.
