Looking for friends that understand disability even if you look OK Hi, I am 52 years old. I live alone with my son who ia 13 and my daughter who is 15. The days get long and lonely. I live in rural Arkansas with a burro the closest living thing outside my home to talk to.
I have injuries to my spinal column which make life difficult. Can't do the things I used to love to do....I can still walk. But using my arms is very uncomfortable. I also have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue and deal with the residual effects of a moderate closed head injury. I forget things A LOT.
It is difficult to get out and find friends, although I do go to church and help in fixing biscuits and gravy on Saturday mornings for the people that normally get meals on wheels through the week. I do this through one of my churches.
I love classic rock and roll. I like to read, but I can't focus on doing that for very long at a time anymore (another residual from the head injury), and I really enjoy Bible study.
I am looking for friends to communicate with male or female.
