Sofasurfer, 64

Hi, totally new to this so bare with me....very active until 3 years ago when I was struck down with M.E. Still have the same interests, just a bit harder trying to take part now. Most of my mates have drifted away so am looking for some new ones to be able to get out and do things with or even sit in and have a chat and a laugh, watch a dvd, share a meal that kind of thing. I love getting away for weekends or days out, like art galleries and museums, theatre, architecture, visiting the coast. That probably makes me sound a serious type and I'm not at all. Friends would describe me as having a daft sense of humour and I don't like to take life too seriously. I love music, anything with a pumping beat but sadly can't get up and dance like I used to.
