I live off the grid on acreage. Though, I was raised in metropolitan suburbia, I much prefer living in the bush.

Currently I'm adding more edible plants to my garden. I hope to live as self sufficiently as is possible. I'm also not opposed to hunting for food. Most food in supermarkets now is junk food and healthier foods are high in price.

To give you an idea of my preferred lifestyle, whilst I don't watch TV, on YouTube, I watch Live Free or Die, The Boonies, Alaskan Bush People, Frontier House, etc.. I could happily live a life without mod cons, and I already keep them at the minimum.

I use a woodstove, drink rainwater and have solar power. I eat my dinner on the porch, and sit there until the moon comes up. Eagles soar, kangaroos munch grass, and the sounds of nature are all that can be heard. Peaceful.

Now, you're wondering 'Why is she here?' 'What's her disability?' I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome type 3 and Multiple Chemical Sensitivity. I use a walking stick and can't handle chemicals very well. Fragrance and man-made cleaning products, or lotions, make me ill. That doesn't mean my house is an unhygienic tip, you can use natural products that do the job, just as well.
