Compassionate Companionship Down-to-earth, good Midwestern girl with an edge here, never married and childless. I hope to find shared interests, laughs, and affection aplenty, esp. when it's rainy! Friendship first and foremost is always a winner though.

I deal with chronic migraines, balance issues, anxiety, and depression, so I'm not on the go, by far. I like quiet time, just sharing great conversation. I'm not really an outdoor person. Lakes and dog parks are cool, but I can't do any boating due to motion issues. I go to the gym now and then as I'm able, and I try to take good care of myself. I like to go target shooting and out for live music when I can. Homebody but not entirely homebound.

I'm also a lady of integrity, honest, caring, mellifluous, secure in all capacities, independent, on the quiet side but have a big personality, articulate, smart, sane, snarky, said to be very "different," quirky but no drama queen, love to laugh down to my toenails, passionate about passion and about music (both listening and playing), a Christian and a conservative (fear not; I foist neither of those things upon others), a patriot (many thanks to you who have served our country!), an animal lover (no, I don't shoot them), a computer geek, an English nerd, well-read, educated but a self-made woman, a free spirit in my responsible way, a harmless little fuzzball who loves the little things and sweet moments in life. I've been told that I'm "funny as h*ll." I don't think h*ll is any laughing matter, but I still take it as a compliment.

If you relate to any of that, great! Intellectuals, conservatives (same thing as intellectuals), music lovers and players, computer geeks, non-smokers, guys 30-ish to 45-ish, guys without kids at home, and Pinellas County residents (I'm not a good pen pal) go to the front of the line. Zero tolerance zone here for drugs. I refuse to be around anything illegal. I understand prescription meds, of course.
