Hello,
I have been disabled my entire life. I was born in a time when they didn't believe in C-sections and used Forceps to deliver babies. I was upside down. (I came out showing my butt 1st my entire life LOL) They pulled my hip out of Socket.
I didn't get proper Physical Therapy to learn to walk so I am bowlegged and have a limp. I have lived in pain my entire life. Mostly my right hip.
I was finally diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in my 40's.
I have Chronic Pain and Chronic Fatique. I have good days and bad. On those days I can be extremely happy or extremely tired and aggravated. I have more better days than bad. Anyone with Chronic Pain can understand what I deal with.
Its sad to say that at my age I'm used to it.
I do my best to stay active but some days its hard.
I walk with a cane so I do things slower than others but I don't let it stop me.
I am currently planting a garden. I have a stool and lawn chairs to help me get things planted. I work hard to not let my issues stop me from enjoying life.
I have a long list of side things that go with Fibromyalgia. I think we can discuss those later.
When I'm having a bad day I TRY to remember others have it worse than I do.
