I worked in a machine shop my whole life and that is what put me on oxygen at about 70 years old. I am on oxygen 24/7 and use a CPAP at night, but I still mow my yard for 2 hours and work in my garage and around the house. I can still do almost all I used to do, JUST SLOWER...LOL
