Looking for someone who wants to communicate enough to find out if we have enough in common to meet up!

I love the outdoors - the sea and wide open green spaces or woodland.

I can be happy in my own company but it is rather nice to have someone in your life, whether it's hearing from them by text, which makes you smile, or meeting up which gives you buttterflies and makes you feel very alive!

I have a rather whacky sense of humour, am only deadly serious if the situation requires it. Always look on the bright side of life and try to see the good in people. Find a lot in life funny, gosh you have to or life would drive you mad! (big smiley face).

I broke my back in a freak riding accident, midsummer's day 1986 and it was a good few weeks before I was told that breaking a bone in your back was not like breaking your leg and that I would never walk again - BIG shock!

But sobered up from my unhappiness by seeing guys in the spinal unit who had broken their necks and had lost their independence!

But I found things I could still do, just do differently - ski-ing, swimming, horse riding, and I found quad biking a real buzz!

I have now decided to try to make a difference to anyone who has suffered a serious injury or mental trauma and want to convert the little smallholding I rent, to a country retreat where people can come and just chill and realise that life can be good. My idea is that they can come and just relax in a lovely country setting or get involved in trying things like quad-biking, hover-crafting, shooting, archery, paint-balling, 4x4 offloading, skid pan, western-style horse riding - many things that make you feel a little nervous but once accomplished - like a million dollars!

Just registering the charity I have named The Country corner and trying to make a website, so busy in spurts!

But when not busy - I am looking for someone who has a great sense of humour and would like to develop a friendship and see where
