ouch!
ouch! I deal with chronic pain every day due to a back problem that was not diagnosed when i was a child. I have a twisted and curved spine this causes the pain i mentioned constantly and also it causes constant muscular spasm and pain i also get sciatica , ask if you want to i have no problem in answering anything about this condition but what i will add now there are things that would be really stupid to do and also i am on several painkillers that do their job sometimes i do get a lot of breakthrough pain .
