Hemipelvectomy/New Horizons
I'm a 45 year old woman whose life was dramatically altered a year ago. Due to a cancerous tumor in my hip, I was forced to have a surgery to remove it. Along with the tumor(& the cancer the Dr.'s say :~ ) they took alot of my hip. It leaves me unable to walk and now, I don't know. I'm on this site to hopefully get some perspective/feedback. Meet like minded people, maybe someone special to share more than the usual.Right now, unfortunately, I'm in a very negative state of mind, so I'm hoping to gain some positive vibes if you will.
