i have a c3 spinal chord injury,which is best to read up for you to understand I'm easy to get on with & love a laugh. Just want to live life and be 'normal'. I have put on alot weight since my accident 30th july 2011, which being un able to do physical exercise loosing weight seems impqssible, i'd like help and motivation.
