Much of my life has been devoted to the performing arts, although it is now focused on creative writing.
I am a free-thinker who eschews religious dogma and celebrates the unfathomable wonder of consciousness and existence. I love vibrant conversation, laced with humor and wit. My attitude is resolutely positive, although I am deeply aware of the pain and seeming unfairness that often permeate the human experience.
I am divorced, after seven years of marriage. Although I was a stepfather during that period, I have no children of my own.
My disabilities stem from congenital hydrocephalus, which causes gait problems, muscular weakness, and occasional short-term memory lapses. I am, however, adept at compensation; these challenges have not prevented me from occasionally working as a stage actor or opera singer, or from thoroughly enjoying the most compelling drama of them all: Life itself.
