I'm fully aware now that I am older that everyone has both some sort of physical and some sort of mental disabilities. A lot aren't visible, mine is. I have a mild case of cerebral palsy that affects my right side.

I have been married twice. The first ended in divorce. The second made me a widow. I have been a widow for just over 2 years. She was perfect for me which makes it even harder to find someone who meets the expectations she set. That being said I am looking.

Because of my CP I do not drive and rarely use the disabled transit here in town because at the moment they are so hard to schedule. While I was married we just picked up and went anytime we wanted. I miss that freedom.

I'm not prejudiced of other disabled people although on the surface it may seem so. It's just that my first wife was in a chair because of JRA. She had both knees replaced and she relied way too much on her parents. She was never given the chance to really grow up. That said I would date another disabled person if the independence factor was there but I'm really looking for "non disabled" companions for any long term relationships.

I am an avid reader. I read primarily Science Fiction and Fantasy but do not limit myself exclusively to those genres. I watch some TV. Girl Meets World is my current favorite show. I do watch sports. My favorites being NASCAR, college football (I'm a transplanted Ohioan so Buckeyes all the way), Barclay's Premier League Soccer(half of my family are British so they got me started), and NHL hockey(Bluejackets, Blackhwks and Sharks in that order.

I am a huge music fan. I like pretty much everything except country, rap and modern pop.

I have often been called a food snob. I like trying new and different food a lot.
