Spinal cord injury, loss of movement I`m James, I Live in Sutton coldfield on my own with 24/hr care and 3 lovleylabrador retrievers, In 2009 I was involved in a car accident, In the accident i broke my neck at c4 level, i have adequate arm movement but no feeling from chest down.
