I am the arts and entertainment reporter for a group of newspapers in Southwest Ohio, and I am very well known as a movie buff. I reviewed films for the newspaper and I love all kinds, seeing more than 100 a year in the theater.

I also like to read (generally nonfiction) and write. Music is also a great interest, particularly oldies/classic rock - and most especially the Beatles.

Someone who is kind and understanding, especially of people who are different/unusual. I especially appreciate people with an upbeat demeanor and positive outlook.

One of my best friends told me that one of my best qualities is that I will treat a woman like she is the most important one in the world. I got a kick out of that!
