I WALK SLOWLY, BUT GET THERE IN THE END I was diagnosed with MS about 9 yrs ago, I walk slowly and with a bit of a limp. I enjoy most of the things everyone does: movies, music, eating out and even a little bit of cooking on rare occasions - nothing too adventurous. I'm not really into either clubbing or dancing. Reading is a passion of mine, split down the middle between fiction and non-fiction. I recently enjoyed delving back into history and re-discovering a lot of the subjects (though not the actual text-books) from my school history classes. I've recently moved to Littlehampton and now have a garden... so I'll have to learn a bit about that before the spring arrives. If I don't I'll have to move again as I won't be able to get to my front door through the jungle of weeds. I rarely actually watch TV: though I often have it on as a background noise - the shopping channels are great for that. I like to go to the cinema and will watch more or less anything: from arthouse to Hollywood blockbusters. Travelling is something I love and there's still plenty of places I'd still like to see: but of those I have been to my favourite city is Barcelona and probably my favourite country is Sri Lanka followed closely by Thailand. My father is Italian and lives in Naples so I occasionally fly over there for a short visit. My spoken Italian is pretty poor though and he generally just puts his hands over his ears and says "speak English".
