Adventurous? I have thought about someone with disabilities living on and sailing a yacht then have discovered some have! (and well too). I myself have no disabilities but have worked with those who have and in reality their disabilities are superseded by their love, passion for life and empathy for others. Something the "abled" tend to lack; but not everyone! I am NOT looking for a vulnerable person but someone who can look beyond their afflictions and who would appreciate someone like me who can and does do the same! I am bi-sexual but FAITHFUL, never married as "owning" someone is not me! We are all individuals and should be free to express those desires that we all have.
Now the even more serious part.. I have a boat, she's OLD, a bit tatty but SAFE and sails like a dream. She is not big (so expenses are minimal but no "cat swinging"! and with the way the world is presently heading, maybe a very real alternative to what I believe is coming to hit society! I am not a fatalist, I an a REALIST! Look around you, do you really think man can continue like this? Things are coming to a head and I would not want to be near large cities or even land when it does. I hope it never happens but no harm in being prepared and a self contained self sufficient yacht could be the answer. Besides all that, its also just FUN to sail and fish visiting exotic locations around the mighty Pacific! If all that hasn't put you off (I'm old too! 53!) then contact me!
