an avid reader from the age of nine when I discovered six blind men and one elephant living inside the town library & my boyhood passion for devouring fables, I love independent documentary films & poignant movies, playing improvization on a concert grand piano & the sounds of my heart, walking for miles under the Appalachian Trail canopy & climbing mountains, divergent road trips & notions of daring adventures, a chaser of life's eclectic spirit.

I enjoy spending time in the kitchen & creating my own recipes preparing healthy whole organic foods, one dedicated practitioner of holistic nutrition & healthcare, smoke, drug, & 98.005% alcohol-free.
