Hello, I identify as a geek. (his eyes light up!) and I love movies - I'm something of a film snob, I'm afraid. What makes me unique? I think the fact that I had a fairly successful and serious career as a standup comic and a playwright, back in the country I come from originally: South Africa. I followed it for a little while with self-publishing via Amazon.
I was recently diagnosed with COPD, and it came as something of a shock, definitely a major buzzkill and liable to slow my groove down mightily.But when life gives one lemons, it means I have to do my best to make lemonade. I'm a glass half full kinda person. Mostly
