I am more than my disability

Transcending Limitations I joined this site because I want to find someone who understands what it's like to be disabled. I figured the Internet would be easiest way to meet other disabled singles. It's difficult to get a able-bodied people to see past your disability. And when it comes to dating, it's even harder.

I have Muscular Dystrophy, and I use a power wheelchair. Although my body is not cooperative, my mind is all intact. I have beaten the odds for being as healthy as I am despite my disability. I have a very positive outlook on life.
