I need to find the right person to fulfill my life. I was diagnosed with Friedreich's Ataxia at 16, and was not given much of a chance of living past 25. I'm 41 and still getting along fairly well. I have encountered many people with the same disease, and luckily I have avoided many of the downfalls they have been subjected to. I credit this to a strong family and many friends who are interested in getting me out and about (not to mention the many blessings I'm still receiving every day). Although I do depend on a wheelchair for my transportation and other people for a lot of other things. You would just have to meet me to see that I am really on top of things.

Looking for someone that is easy to talk to, has a good sense of humor, very empathetic and most importantly has a kind and caring heart.
