A scribe lost amidst the wasteland of the mind I was born with a pencil in one hand and a book on the other, my mind is constantly thinking of new ideas, new inventions or simply perfecting old ones to my liking. I'm a dreamer by nature but I am well rooted in reality,

I have a soft quiet voice and many often misinterpret it as shyness, but it's not as most often I am carefully crafting what I want to say or how. However once I open up you can't shut me up, most of the time.

Politically I am apolitical, I never had nor will I ever have a political party. Instead I attempt to look at both sides of an issue and vote accordingly, This does not mean that I am not aware of the political world, quite contrary I do keep myself informed on the major and some of the minor issues of what goes on in the world as well as the major players on all sides.

I am far from perfect but I know that and am working on changing what I can change all while improving on my weaknesses so that they don't become my most obvious quirks.

I am patient and understanding, traits I have developed over time and due to many rather interesting life experiences. I can also be absent minded and a dork from time to time.

I love the written word and aside from practicing the craft I also enjoy reading, although I will admit that most of the stuff I read is in fantasy and science fiction and rarely in any popular author of today.

I don't watch too much television if any, I think I gave up on it after all my favorite shows kept getting canceled in exchange for reality shows that are as real as the fountain of youth.

Above all I seek a connection with someone, that connection where a simple look or touch is all you need for comfort or justification. Sure the idea of a fling or one night stand is a great fantasy but to me it's just that, a fantasy that holds little draw to me in reality. But the elusive connection on the other hand is so much more valuable for so many more reasons.
