Hello I am ethan and I am on the autistic spectrum. I have aspergers which can cause me great anxiety and make me shy around new people or people I don't know very well. Once I get to know someone this will change and I can be the opposite! not to sure what I want to get out of this site, I'm taking everyday as it comes. I would like to talk to people on my level, but not confined to just people with autism, but anyone who may feel a bit different or maybe isolated within this world of neurotypical people. I know how you feel. I would love to get into some sort of relationship with someone with autism or even someone who understands and excepts. The problems Ive had in the past when it comes to dating is the people don't understand and I haven't had it in me to explain on a first date why I might be abit different. I suppose I didn't want to scare them off, or give the wrong impression. If you have read this far then I am doing better than expected (I have low self-esteem).
