Hmmm...what to put here...should I error on the side of too much information or too little? Too little, I risk writing a generic, bland profile; too much, I risk trying the patience of my readers. Having expended the patience of many a reader in the past with my tediously lengthy (although always thoughtfully- and well-written) profile expositions in the past, I think this time around I'll paint broad strokes and ask interested parties to please inquire for a more detailed picture...So: I am a shy, quiet, introverted person but also an exceptionally kind, caring and intelligent one. My sense of humor is not of the bubbly or crude type but rather dry and wry type (I’d be a natural straight man or deadpan comic)…nobody has ever called me Mr. Excitement (oh, I’d like to think someone did during my motorcycle-riding days) but on the other hand, I am dependable, loyal and even -keeled. I am an atheist (or more accurately, a non-theist), a vegan, and a scienceophile (surely that word will appear in the Merriam-Webster dictionary within a couple of years). I welcome new friends and pen pals but like any human, I yearn for more. I am seeking an easy-going, relaxed, down-to-earth person, someone who is above all kind, considerate and compassionate, toward humans and non-humans alike. She doesn’t have to be a vegetarian but must at least be sympathetic to the cause and…yep…must love dogs. (But, really, I have two that are impossible not to love.) I would hope that she could easily discern what is trivial and non-trivial in life and usually be able to laugh off the non-trivial when it becomes annoying. That’s it! Best of luck to all.
