I am on the Autistic spectrum I can speak, but I often pause and repeat words. In typing, I tend to use longer words and more complex sentences than average. I have difficulty understanding irony if it isn't marked as such. (However I can appreciate humor if I know that's what it is. This is easier for me as I get to know someone.) I'm terrible at starting conversations, so I usually wait for the other person to start.
