Although I have comfort zones I like to try new things and will take risks if they have positive results. I own a home in central Florida, and was a writer for several newspapers. Most recently I worked for the U.S. Census Bureau. Now I'm a volunteer at a local nature center, helping with childrens programs, habitat management and greeting visitors. I enjoy woodland hikes and with a new camera, I am learning to take photos of the wonderful wildlife I see in the nearby woods. I don't use drugs or smoke and I have no criminal history (other than a couple of parking tickets). I don't consider myself a couch potato and staying fit is most important to me. With that in mind, I am looking forward to plenty of adventures.
You are someone who enjoys sharing the joys of our daily discoveries and can also provide ears for the more mundane things. Please have a nice sense of humor and be able to laugh at even the most trivial things. I have had past relationships which are all behind me and I don't dwell on them. And I hope you are just as unencumbered. So what's next? I can't wait to find out!
