anxiety and depression ruining your life? take a step depression and anxiety ruin your life.

only 2 people that have the same problems and understand can make each others lives better.

no having to make excuses or worry that you will have too.

someone that knows that when you're feeling really bad all he can do is rent a movie and keep you company. the only way to help a lady that has a bad case of anxiety or deprssion is to keep thm from being alone that makes it so much worse. the only thing better would be to veg on the couch and apply one of the most theraputic things you have to give and hold them. medications help, but can't give the comfort level of being hugged.

the only thing better that you can do is once you reach a level of comfort with each other is making love, at last with a person who knows how your feeling and not to rush things. you would forget any anxiety. how can you feel depressed while making love and it should do a lot more than any medication could to keep it from coming back for a while.

being "friends" for people like us has a lot more meaning than the normal definition. it goes way beyond having someone that will take you to a movie or whatever when you feel like it, and you also have S-- together. the normal definition doesn't include being able to call them and tell them your feeling bad and have them come over to make you feel as much better as they possibly can. it also doesn't include that when you do go out and do things you support each other. my anxiety is totaly under control, but if you said "i need to leave" i'd know why and you wouldn't need to feel embarassed by it in any way. comfort is the key.
