incontinence and what hi my names adam.
broke some ice their im sure. i damaged my lower lumber vertabrae to the point where it slightly cut a nerve that controls my bladder, im now left with incontinence sometimes day time mostly night time. i now wear nappys because of it. but hay thas not too bad coz when your watching a film theirs nothing worse then missing it coz yu need to go.

im 5 ft 8 roughly 12 stone of a normal build but i have fairly big arms for some 1 of my age and size. could be the gym could be me?
i enjoy snowboarding driving playing xbox gym work running (when im not wearing a nappy) and some other stuff to. erm i dont mind chess too? odd 1 ai haha. if you like wat you read then please dont be shy. id prefrably like some 1 who is incontinent or needs some protection of some sort as it kind of makes you feel less awkward around the situation.
