`Well, one thing you can do is go to the pastor of your church to ask for recommendations to everything from English as a second language classes to job search counseling.

Within the U.S. and Canada, we have a search system that uses 'distance from your zip code' to allow members to search for other members.
A few months ago we began a pretty large project to begin to make our network MUCH more user friendly for International members.
1) We began gathering City and Postal Code information worldwide, so that we will be able to allow members in every Country to search based on a specific distance from their Postal Code. (Failure to provide this information means you will not show up in searches once we change the system to allow distance searching Internationally.)
2) We changed our system to allow members to type in their native language.
3) We began launching sites focused on specific Countries.
We are only a month or so into all of these projects, so the benefits for the network (and for our International members in particular) have yet to be realized.
[In fact, we are not likely to change the International Search system for 3-6 months, even though we are gathering more location data daily.]
The point though, is that we are actively working on a number of projects to expand the network, and make it work better for everyone.
Thanks for your patience,
.
