You can even delegate a person on site to be a messenger every month to post messages and invite everyone to chat. I think it is a really good way to get to know meet people on a grand scale and find out about others and generate some more activity on site.

`I agree with what you have suggested but in a small part you are right it would be fun to do. On the other hand, when is a good time for everyone? this could cause more friction then necessary. The meeting time day and night and whose going to moderate can be problems. My suggestion is why don't you create a new topic with this question in mind this particular topic got a lot of views so maybe a new topic can stimulate equal or greater responses. I for one agree to the primes of a meet and greet. so when and where becomes the next issue. good luck on what ever you do...

`Good question, perhaps the answer is because different users may come from diffrent country's and different country's have different time zones.
