`Have you tried searching the FTP protocols yet, files are usually stored on servers on separate networks connected to the internet through the Hyper text Transfer Protocol Secured (https) these networks are often private but some are public, most of these private and public networks contain at lest one File Transfer Server connected a DNS (Domain Name Server) which is connected to a DHCP (Dynamic Host Control Protocol, The DNS allows the Domain to see the name of the File Transfer Server and the DHCP allows the FTS to be seen across multiple domains. By installing a Dynamic FTP Client on your computer you can search to see if the file you are looking for is located on any FTS in any Domain over the internet, You will not be able to access encrypted FTS for download or Search, but you will be able to access non encrypted public FTS for download and search, and there are hundreds of thousands of them, , If you cant find the file it is likely that the file is on an encrypted FTS and you will have to locate the author of the file to get the IP, channel, Pot and network key to access that FTS
