Albino in Rutland Vermont

I relocated from Claremont New Hampshire to Rutland Vermont two months ago. Best thing I ever did. I lived in Rutland Vermont eleven years ago. . I Albinism which means I'm legally blind. I also have am extremely sensitive light which Is another issue that people with Albinism . I also have mild Nystagmus which issue that people with Albinism. I gave birth beautiful baby girl three years ago in October. I spent eighteen months of her life my life dealing with CPS in New Hampshire to try and get custody of her back. But, a year ago on April 24th I surrended my parental rights to her. She's been in foster care whole time. I and her biological father have been very lucky that she's been with the same foster family whole time. In fact, this family wants to adopt her. We're all just waiting for her biological father's parental rights to be terminated. I know that I did the right thing. I've also been cricized by several people for making the decision I did. I also have mental health issues which includes Adjustment Disorder with Anxiety and Mixed Depressed Moods and PTSD.
