I was born with a developmental disorder called autism--fortunately, I'm on the higher end of the disorder, and am capable of doing many things. Autism is a relatively fast-growing disorder, so I thought it'd be fun to create a form that allows people with autism and other disabilites to discuss what it's like to have a disability and so forth. happy day, everyone!

I have Aspergers myself but I don't have an official diagnoses. People in my area (even some so-called experts) seem to know very little about Aspergers & they seem to think autism is a form of mental retardation I have other disabilities in addition to AS that are really liming me with finding someone
